报告摘要：In this talk, I will highlight my new research findings on secret sharing and its application on group authentication. In addition, I will summarize my research experience over 40 years which includes how to search for a research problem, how to do literature survey efficiently, how to review papers effectively, and how to write a research paper. I will be happy to answer any question from audiences.
报告人简介：Lein Harn received the BS degree in electrical engineering from the National Taiwan University, in 1977, the MS degree in electrical engineering from the State University of New York-Stony Brook, in 1980, and the PhD degree in electrical engineering from the University of Minnesota, in 1984. He has been a professor with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Missouri, Kansas City (UMKC). He was retired from UMKC in 2021. His research interests are in the areas of Cryptographic Algorithms, Communication Security, Web-based Secure applications.
