报告摘要：We consider a simple max-type recursive model which was introduced in the study of depinning transition in presence of strong disorder, by Derrida and Retaux. Our interest is focused on the critical regime and the nearly critical regime, for which we study the extinction probability and the free energy.
报告人简介： 陈新兴，上海交通大学副教授。 2007年获得复旦大学理学博士学位，2007-2009北京大学博士后，2009年至今上海交通大学工作。主要研究兴趣随机游动和随机图，已有多个研究成果发表在Ann. Probab., Probab. Theory Related Fields, Math. Ann., Sci. China Math. 等学术期刊。
