报告摘要：In this talk, we shall study singular solutions of the Poisson problem
Where 
is a bounded domains containing the origin 
is the fractional Laplacian and 
here
is the best constant in the fractional Hardy inequality. We first show fundamental solutions given by new distributional identities with singularity at origin and then classify the singular solutions of Poisson problem with Hardy potentials.
报告人简介：陈虎元，男，江西师范大学陈虎元副教授，2014毕业于Universidad de Chile（智利大学）和University（法国图尔大学，取得双博士学位，导师分别是智利大学Patricio Felmer 和法国Laurent Veron 教授。研究领域是分数阶椭圆方程奇异解、带测度的偏微分问题弱解等。2014 年至2016 年在上海纽约大学做博士后，2019 年在德国法兰克福大学完成洪堡学者项目。主持3项国家自然科学基金包括一项面上项目，获得江西省杰出青年基金，在国际核心期刊 AIH Poincare--AN (2篇)、TAMS、SIAM.JAM、JMPA、CPDE、JFA(2篇)、JDE(4篇) 等杂志发表SCI 论文40余 篇。
