报告摘要:In this talk, we studied a class of nonlocal nonlinear Schrodinger systems modelling the propagation of two polarized and coherent light beams in nematic liquid crystals. The existences of local and global solutions for the corresponding Cauchy problems were derived first upon applying the Strichartz's estimates and conservation laws. The solitary wave solutions of the Schrodinger system was investigated next, and the existence of positive radially ground state vector solitary wave solutions was proved by using the rearrangement method and the minimization argument. 

 

报告人简介:章国庆,男,上海理工大学理学院,教授,博士生导师,主要研究方向为:非线性分析和数学物理。主持国家自然科学基金1项(面上)、上海市自然科学基金3项以及其它省部级科学基金2项,以第一作者发表SCI检索论文50余篇。曾获上海市高校优秀青年教师荣誉称号。现为中国工业与应用数学学会理事、上海市非线性学会副秘书长、美国数学会评论员等。
