Dear Participants,

Welcome to the 4th International Conference on Cryptology and Network Security (CANS 2005), which will be held in Xiamen Bai Lu Zhou Hotel on 14-16 December 2005 (Beijing time). December 13 will be arriving day.

Each room of Bailuzhou Hotel has the internet access. So people with laptops can connect to internet, furthermore, some of room provide the computer and those room need 410 RMB Yuan each day. At the hotel's business center, internet accessing service is provided, 5 RMB Yuan for each fifteen minutes. 

VISA、MASTER CARD、AMERICAN EXPRESS、DINERS CLUB and JCB can be used in the hotel
